The building presented nicely, and i found a view from my room. The staff seemed friendly, and the location suited my needs for visiting the area. Breakfast was good and it started the day.
Housekeeping knocked on my door around 9am and attempted to enter, i had indicated 'do not disturb'. They then unlocked the door. After i stated someone was in here, they did not close the door. This was unpleasant. Some miscommunication and billing issues arose during check-in and check-out, causing stress. i had to contact corporate to resolve these issues.

the location worked WELL, putting me near several attractions. i had Ample parking at the hotel, which eased my travel A lot.
i noticed the gym was without disinfectant wipes. this made me slightly concerned about cleanliness. i'm hoping this is addressed soon.
